SIS offers a skilled workforce in various trades to carry out industrial maintenance work. We are looking for qualified candidates to perform maintenance, preventive maintenance as well as plant shutdowns on different projects across Quebec and in Northern Canada.

JOB SUMMARY

Electrical mechanics support the maintenance teams of our various clients on different industrial and manufacturing sites in order to ensure the overall performance of their production equipment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Industrial, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical mechanic interventions;
Perform preventive maintenance tasks;
Diagnose and repair breakdowns on industrial or manufacturing production equipment;
Locate and repair breakdowns of electric motors, transformers, switchgear, generators and other electromechanical equipment;
Repair or replace defective wiring or components in electrical cables or defective components in electrical switchgear;
Test motors, transformers, switchgear or other electrical devices.

SKILLS SOUGHT

DVS or DCS in electromechanics;
Ability to weld is an asset.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Salary according to experience and skills;
Position according to assignment and rotation or full-time across, in the Montreal and Quebec City area.
